Yesterday, the Vinson team arrived to Union Glacier and after some quick organization, flew over to Vinson basecamp. They are now all set up at basecamp, settled in and spent the day reviewing the on mountain travel plan. Upon arrival at basecamp, the weather was great, so the team also reviewed critical skills such as traveling with a sled, rope team set-up etc. Today, there is a little cloudy weather but no winds. On December 9th, the team will move to low camp!
