Things are moving along on the Everest climb. Our team has just returned to Camp One today after visiting the Camp Two for acclimatization. Reports from C1 just now are a bit windy and building clouds but the coffee is flowing and everyone is resting for the remainder of the day. The plan will be for the team to wake up very early and descend back to basecamp tomorrow morning.
Looking at the big picture, once the team gets back to basecamp, they will spend several days relaxing and enjoy showers, great basecamp food and update their followers. As our Sherpa, on mountain staff, has been progressing well with high camp loads and preparing the mountain for the next rotation, they will now focus on C2 and C3 logistics in preparation for the next rotation.
