Hello from the South Pole team who is doing well. The group is now at 83 degrees 33 minutes latitude. The crew is skiing hard and is on track to swing through another degree in approximately 4.5 days which is pretty fast for this stage of the trip and especially unsupported with all gear and food and fuel on board the sleds. The guys can feel the miles for sure, some ibuprofen and good rest at nights to take away the migrating pains. In about two days and some hours on the next day… group should cross in 84 degrees and will focus on reaching the final turn of the compass dial directly toward the South Pole.
