The overall expedition leader for our main climbing team is Ryan Waters (7 summits of Everest). The group will be guided by our exceptionally talented Sherpa Guides on the mountain.

Past Experience you need for this climb:
- Climbers who wish to join our Private Sherpa Guide expedition are required to have experience on several past mountain expeditions
- General mountaineering skills one would acquire on previous mountains. Some examples being; General mountaineering course, 4000m peaks such as Rainier, Mt. Blanc, Ecuador Volcanoes, Aconcagua, 6000m or 7000m peaks, etc.
- Our management staff works closely with our perspective Everest clients to recommend this option on the climb of Everest. Safety and a realistic, successful attempt is our goal for each of our team members.

- Mountain Professionals Private Sherpa Guide at 1:1 guide to client ratio during rotations.
- 1:1 Nepali Sherpa climber to client ratio on Summit Day.
