The overall expedition leader for our main climbing team is Ryan Waters (7 summits of Everest). You will be personally guided one to one by Ryan Waters and assisted by our exceptionally talented Sherpa Guides on the mountain.

Past Experience you need for this climb:
- Climbers who wish to join our Privately Guided expedition are required to have experience on several past mountain expeditions
- General mountaineering skills one would acquire on previous mountains. Some examples being; General mountaineering course, 4000m peaks such as Rainier, Mt. Blanc, Ecuador Volcanoes, Aconcagua, 6000m or 7000m peaks, etc.
- Our management staff works closely with our perspective Everest clients to recommend this option on the climb of Everest. Safety and a realistic, successful attempt is our goal for each of our team members.
