Your overall expedition leader of our main climbing team is Ryan Waters (7 summits of Everest). The group will be guided by our exceptionally talented Sherpa Guides on the mountain.

- Throughout your climb, you’ll be accompanied by a team of expert Sherpa Mountain Guides at a 1:2 guide-to-client ratio, ensuring you receive focused support and personalized attention every step of the way.
- On summit day, you’ll have the distinct advantage of a One-to-One Personal Sherpa Guide, offering you tailored guidance as you make your final push to the summit of Mount Everest.
- Our top-tier Everest logistics are meticulously organized, from Kathmandu to the mountain camps, ensuring every detail of your expedition is expertly managed, leaving you to focus on the climb.
- As part of your exceptional team, Tashi Riten Sherpa, an IFMGA Guide and seven-time Everest summiter, will lead the Sherpa climbing team. Tashi’s expertise and leadership will provide a solid foundation of experience and insight to guide you safely and effectively to the summit.
Past Experience you need for this climb:
- Climbers who wish to join our main Sherpa Led team are required to have experience on several past mountain expeditions
- General mountaineering skills one would acquire on previous mountains. Some examples being; General mountaineering course, 4000m peaks such as Rainier, Mt. Blanc, Ecuador Volcanoes, Aconcagua, 6000m or 7000m peaks, etc.
- Our management staff works closely with our perspective Everest clients to gage if this is the correct timing to climb Everest. Safety and a realistic, successful attempt is our goal for each of our team members.
