The overall expedition leader for our main climbing team is Ryan Waters (7 summits of Everest). The group will be guided by our American or Western Professional Mountain Guide and assisted by our exceptionally talented Sherpa Guides on the mountain.

- Your Everest expedition is led by Ryan Waters, a seasoned seven-time Everest summiter with an impressive track record of 26 eight-thousand-meter expeditions. As your overall expedition leader, Ryan brings unparalleled experience and knowledge to guide you on this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
- Throughout the climb, you’ll be supported by an expert Western Mountain Guide leader, ensuring a 1:3 guide-to-client ratio for optimal safety and focused attention. Expect a high level of instruction tailored to your specific needs, with personalized guidance on everything from strategy to mountain judgment.
- You’ll receive extra daily briefings and ongoing oversight from your mountain guide, allowing for a meticulous approach to each day of the climb. On summit day, you’ll benefit from a One-to-One Personal Sherpa Guide, ensuring you have dedicated support for the most critical part of your journey.
- Our top-tier Everest logistics are meticulously planned, covering everything from Kathmandu to the mountain camps, to ensure you experience seamless transitions and world-class service throughout the expedition.
- Additionally, Tashi Riten Sherpa, an IFMGA Guide and seven-time Everest summiter, will serve as one of your expert mountain guides. Tashi leads our Sherpa climbing team, bringing decades of experience and leadership to ensure your safety and success.
Past Experience you need for this climb:
- Climbers who wish to join our Western Guide Team expedition are required to have experience on several past mountain expeditions
- General mountaineering skills one would acquire on previous mountains. Some examples being; General mountaineering course, 4000m peaks such as Rainier, Mt. Blanc, Ecuador Volcanoes, Aconcagua, 6000m or 7000m peaks, etc.
- Our management staff works closely with our perspective Everest clients to recommend this option on the climb of Everest. Safety and a realistic, successful attempt is our goal for each of our team members.

Trip Cost Includes
- Western Mountain Guide for the group at 1:3 guide to client ratio during rotations.
- 1:1 Nepali Sherpa climber to client ratio on Summit Day.
- Expedition permit.
- Four nights private accommodation in the Kathmandu at the Aloft Hotel.
- Full board on twin sharing basis on the Trek at high quality teahouses.
- Kathmandu to Lukla flight. Via Helicopter upgrade over fixed wing.
- Baggage transfers, porters, and guides to and from Base Camp.
- Cooks, kitchen and climbing staff at BC and Camp 2; equipment allowances, daily wages, insurance, and food.
