1. Once you have decided which climb, trek, or polar expedition you would like to join, email us at [email protected] or call 303-956-9945 to check on availability.

2. Upon receiving confirmation of availability from Mountain Professionals, we will send you the Booking Information Document that explains deposit and payment information for your specific trip. We then ask you to please print and fill out all necessary paperwork.

3. After you have filled out all paperwork you can send it in the mail or scan it and send the application material electronically. Please note that Mountain Professionals needs all documents to be signed.
